Anne has a cottage on the east coast of Tasmania, which she hires out to writers. The property borders on the Boltons Beach. Prices vary according to the time of the year.
Set on six acres, the cottage, built in 2000, has two dormer bedrooms. It isfor periods of 1-10 weeks to writers (POA). Situated on Hermitage Road, about 15 km north of Triabunna, the property borders on the Hermitage Lagoon. The inspirational Bolton’s Beach conservation area, with views to Maria Island and Frecinet Peninsula, is just a hop, skip and a jump away.
The cottage has electricity and is on tank water.
The closest shops are at Triabunna and the nearest bus stop is on the Tasman Highway, 4 km from the cottage.
