Anne has a cottage at Bolton’s Beach, Tasmania, which she hires out to writers.
Set on six acres, the cottage has two dormer bedrooms and was built in 2000. It is situated on Hermitage Road, about 14 km north of Triabunna, and borders on the Hermitage Lagoon. The inspirational Bolton’s Beach conservation area is just a hop, skip and a jump away.
The cottage has electricity and is on tank water.
The closest shops are at Triabunna and the nearest bus stop is on the Tasman Highway, 4 km from the cottage.
